MTN Nigeria Pulse Survey
What?
The SLAP Pulse Survey for MTN Nigeria is not a typical manager or employee survey. It asks entirely different questions and talks to you the way you really talk to yourself about what matters most to you. It identifies what you need most to be protected or corrected in order to provide the strongest commitment to the success of our company. And it identifies whether the company is treating its culture well, with the respect and attention that it intends to. This is not something every company is bold enough to ask or interested in knowing. MTN Nigeria is asking and does want to know.
Why?
Your answers to these questions will help ExCom better understand the current thinking of the manager and employee cultures at MTN Nigeria and inform ExCom about what actions to take in response to help assure that your job fulfillment and success are everything you want them to be. Are you confident and willing to represent MTN Nigeria to the world? Only you can say, and this is your chance.
The Truth and Nothing But the Truth.
This is a confidential assessment: responses will be collected, analyzed, and stored by SLAP. We won’t reveal your name, so while your opinions and thoughts are very important, only you will know that it’s you who’s giving them. We will share only aggregated company and group results with ExCom.
Remember Karl’s Guidance:
First, please take this seriously. Spend the time, which should be about 10-15 minutes to thoughtfully respond to the statements and add your additional thoughts. Please spend more time if you have more that you want to say. There is no limit to the length of your comments.
Second, please tell the absolute truth as you experience it. This can be things that you are happy or satisfied with. This can be things that you are unhappy or frustrated with. There are no negative consequences for you by answering truthfully but there is opportunity lost for all of us if we do not get your full, honest input.
Third, please trust that this process won’t stop with the survey. Karl and ExCom will be taking your input seriously, and taking action in response, to protect what must be protected and correct what can be corrected.
Sincerely,
Stan Slap
